Especially designed for busy executives and professionals, the T54W Yealink SIP VoIP Phone is an easy-to-use Prime Business Phone with an adjustable 4.3-inch colour LCD screen that you can easily and flexibly find a comfortable viewing angle according to your personal and environmental needs. And 10 line keys give you 27 shortcuts for colleagues, queues and speed dials, so transfers happen in one press. HD audio with Acoustic Shield keeps office noise out of your calls.

Setup is simple. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are built into this Yealink SIP phone, so it works without a data point and pairs with a wireless headset or your mobile. One network cable can carry both power and internet. As a standard SIP VoIP handset, it runs 16 lines, 10-way conferences and USB call recording, and it works with most hosted phone systems.

Yes. The USB 2.0 port takes a standard USB flash drive for local call recording, so a manager can keep a copy of a call without any extra software. Centralised recording through a compatible hosted PBX is also supported where your provider offers it. Yes. Adding the DD10K DECT dongle turns the T54W into a base for up to four cordless handsets with four concurrent calls, working with the W52H, W53H, W56H, DD Phone and CP930W. That gives cover to staff moving around a shop, workshop, storeroom or salon while keeping one extension number, so callers do not need a second number to reach them. The cordless handsets act as slave handsets to the desk phone, meaning a call can be answered on either. Handsets are ordered separately, which lets you start with one desk phone and expand as the team grows.
